Once a month

Monthly reset routine

Keep the reset paper-first: move through these four steps with the binder open in front of you.

  1. Archive the prior month

Move the completed paper pages behind a dated divider so the binder stays ready for reference.

  2. Print fresh pages

Print the new month’s blank trackers on plain paper and place them in the binder before you begin.

  3. Review bills

Check due dates, recurring amounts, and any changes before writing the bill plan onto paper.

  4. Update savings and debt trackers

Record new deposits and balances, then set the next savings and debt-payoff amounts.
