Question 1

What is the difference between Tallyfold and a budgeting subscription?

Accepted Answer

Tallyfold is a $25 one-time purchase with printable PDF and editable Canva files. A budgeting subscription typically charges ongoing access for a connected app and its digital dashboard.

Question 2

Who is better served by paper, and who prefers a connected app?

Accepted Answer

Paper suits people who think clearly with a visible, offline plan they can write on and share at the table. A connected app suits people who prefer automatic imports, live balances, and a dashboard they check on a phone.

Question 3

Who owns the plan, and how are transactions tracked?

Accepted Answer

You keep the Tallyfold files and own the paper record; tracking is manual, so you write in purchases and update totals yourself. Connected budgeting apps sync transaction data and organize it inside the service.

Question 4

Does Tallyfold connect to my bank account?

Accepted Answer

No. For privacy, Tallyfold does not ask for a bank link, login, or account access. Your budget stays on the pages you print, while connected apps trade that offline simplicity for synced account data.

Question 5

Can one bundle work for a household or a one-time reset?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One $25 bundle can support a shared household binder or a focused one-time reset. Keep the files and print fresh pages for another month, a new goal, or a conversation you both want to see clearly.
