What you get

One page, seven columns, eight creditors.

The creditor rows are printed by name; the six numeric columns — balance, minimum payment, APR, monthly target, paid this month, and remaining — are blank ruled lines you fill in with a pen. A totals bar at the bottom shows TOTAL OWED, MIN, TARGET, PAID, and LEFT so you can read the household plan at a glance.

Creditor
Eight default rows — Credit card, Store card, Personal loan, Auto loan, Student loan, Medical, Buy-now-pay-later, Other. Rename to match what you actually owe in Canva.
Balance
A lined cell in your configured currency. The number you currently owe on this creditor before this month's payment.
Min pmt
A short lined cell for the minimum monthly payment. The number you must pay to stay current — anything beyond this is your extra payoff.
APR
A short lined cell for the annual percentage rate, as a percentage (e.g. 19.99). Use this to pick an avalanche or snowball order.
Target
A lined cell for what you plan to pay this month — the figure that becomes your monthly goal when targets roll up in the totals bar.
Paid this mo.
A lined cell for the actual amount paid this month. Tick it on payday and trust the figure — the difference from Target is your real pace.
Remaining
A lined cell for what's still owing after this month — Balance minus Paid this mo. Watch this column month over month.
Totals bar
A striped bar at the bottom with five lined cells — TOTAL OWED under Balance, TOTAL MIN under Min pmt, TOTAL TARGET under Target, TOTAL PAID under Paid this mo., and TOTAL LEFT under Remaining. One row of numbers to track the month's progress at a glance.
Editable Canva template
Same layout, rebuilt with text elements so the creditor rows, balance, minimum payment, APR, target, paid-this-month, and remaining columns are individually editable. Rename a creditor, swap the currency, set a new monthly target in Canva and print.
