The monthly spending-by-category recap — six rows, one quiet total bar.

The recap that closes the loop on the rest of the folder. Housing / Food / Transport / Subscriptions / Savings / Other — each row carries a Budgeted cell and an Actual cell, with a single MONTHLY TOTAL bar at the bottom for the pen tallies. What you get

One page, three columns, six categories.

The category labels are printed; the Budgeted and Actual columns are blank ruled lines you fill in with a pen. A quiet MONTHLY TOTAL bar at the bottom is stamped with the two lined cells for the column sums — variance falls out of the difference between Budgeted and Actual.

Category
Six default rows — Housing, Food, Transport, Subscriptions, Savings, Other. The buyer renames them in the Canva template to match their own split.
Budgeted
A lined cell in your configured currency. Whatever the budget plan says for this category this month — populated from the budget tracker or written fresh on the page.
Actual
A lined cell in your configured currency. Whatever actually got spent in this category this month — populated from the bill tracker, or written fresh on the page.
Monthly TOTAL bar
A striped bar at the bottom with two lined cells — BUDGETED under the Budgeted column, ACTUAL under the Actual column. No numerals are stamped; the buyer tallies the column with a pen. Variance = actual minus budgeted — shade the difference on the row.
Editable Canva template
Same layout, rebuilt with text elements so the category rows, budgeted, and actual columns are individually editable. Rename a category, swap the currency, or shift the month on the title strip in Canva and print next month.

How it fits the bundle
The recap is page 8 of the 15-page folder. The Subscription Audit is page 5, and the Debt Payoff Progress Tracker is page 12. The Yearly Budget Overview is page 13, followed by the debt payoff roll-down on page 14, followed by Monthly Money Reflection on page 15. Print the five monthly trackers across the week, walk the actuals back into Budgeted + Actual cells, and the MONTHLY TOTAL bar carries the figure the household actually agreed to spend this month.
